All our operatives are accredited under the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS), meaning they carry cards that verify their training and qualifications for work on construction sites. This ensures that every team member is fully equipped to meet the safety and quality standards required on site.
Cyber security
In addition to our data and privacy policies, we also hold a Cyber Essentials certificate, a government-backed scheme that helps protect our organisation against the most common cyber attacks. This provides our customers with assurance that we’re working hard to secure our IT systems against attack, and enables us to bid for public sector contracts.
HEALTH & SAFETY
As accredited members of the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS), we demonstrate that our health and safety processes meet excellent standards and that we comply with various areas of risk management. Additional certifications with Safety Management Advisory Services (Smas Worksafe) and CQMS give our clients confidence that we’re commited to maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance in all our operations.
ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES
We take waste disposal very seriously and hold our own Waste Carrier Licence, which demonstrates our commitment to the safe, legal disposal of waste materials. We also strive to use cleaning products with the least environmental impact and commit to responsible practices that not only meet but also exceed industry standards for waste management and environmental sustainability.

AMY ELLIS

I’ve always had a passion for cleaning, so starting my own cleaning company in October 2003 felt like a natural fit.
Little did I know then that it would turn out to be one of the best decisions of my life.
Today, I am extremely proud of the business I have built and the incredible team I’ve been fortunate enough to create.

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
With over 20 years of experience in Operations Management, I was excited when Amy invited me to join the Sparkles team in September 2009, taking on the responsibility of overseeing all operational aspects of the construction business. Together, we’ve worked hard to expand the business in both the Construction and Public Sectors industries, and I take great pride in the strong relationships I’ve built and maintained with our clients over the years.

OFFICE MANAGER
I joined Sparkles in December 2009 after taking voluntary redundancy from my corporate role within a Human Resources company. Every day, I provide administrative support to Amy, Mat, and Adrian as well as managing invoicing, account reconciliations, certifications compliance, payroll, and overseeing workflow processes. As we’ve expanded, my workload has more than doubled, but I couldn’t be happier to be part of this incredible team. I’m proud of the growth we’ve achieved together.

SUPERVISOR
I joined Sparkles in November 2007 and have had the privilege of watching the company grow significantly over the years, along with my role within the business.
My day-to-day responsibilities include managing our operatives and collaborating closely with Mat to ensure we meet all our daily commitments.
My primary focus is on public sector contracts, where I have cultivated strong and lasting relationships with our clients.
